soulful seasonal retreats
Encounter soul rest and be renewed by the rhythm of the seasons.
Four times a year I host mini retreats to help you rest and reflect on the season unfolding around and within you. Each retreat has a theme inspired by the season and a gently guided structure, with plenty of open time to pause, ponder, and play.
Soulful Seasonal Retreats are for you if you:
Love the seasons but struggle to slow down enough to really savour them or notice their invitation.
Long for rest but can’t seem to relax into it.
Wish you could pay more attention to what is happening around and within you.
Would like to discover a more life-giving rhythm or pace for your life.
Are curious about - or open to - encountering the Sacred through the seasons.
Are curious about soul care and soulful companionship but can’t commit to regular one-to-one spiritual direction.
Would value gentle companionship without pressure to make small talk.
Enjoy good food, kind company and cosy surroundings.

FAQs
When and where do you host these retreat?
1
I host these retreats 4 times a year, in spring, summer, autumn and winter. Mostly these retreats take place in my home and garden in Bedford, England but occasionally we use a different indoor or outdoor venue.
Are these religious treats?
2
I describe these retreats as “soulful” because my intention is to nourish your whole self, with particular attention to your inner life. While these retreats are grounded in my trust that the Divine is present in the rhythms of nature and in every person’s life, I do not use religious language or assume that my guests share my beliefs. The focus of each retreat is on helping every guest relax and become present to what is happening in the natural world and within them. People of all faiths and none are very welcome.
How many people attend each retreat and how much will I need to socialise?
3
I keep these retreats small (usually between 6 and 8 people) so that I can care well for every guest and make sure everyone has enough space to spread out and relax. We begin and end together and there are optional times for connection and conversation during the afternoon. You are welcome to join these times for group connection or you may choose to extend your time to rest and reflect on your own.
During the open time, I ask my guests to honour each other’s solitude so that they can enjoy each other’s presence without the need to make small talk.
How much do they cost?
4
I run Soulful Seasonal Retreats on a pay-what-you-can basis with a current guide price of £45 per retreat.
